This page says who answers for this site, who hosts it, under which rules Kismain operates, and whom to turn to in case of disagreement. It is public and can be read without an account.

Who publishes this site

The site kismain.com and the Kismain service are published by a natural person, who is personally answerable for them.

What Kismain does, and under which rules

Kismain organises marriage-minded introductions in closed groups for a set period. It is designed for the Muslim community and open to any adult.

Under French law this activity is called matrimonial brokerage (courtage matrimonial). It is governed by articles L224-90 to L224-95 of the French consumer code. These rules are a matter of public policy (article L224-95): no contract can deprive you of them, even with your agreement.

Kismain celebrates no marriage and issues no certificate. It introduces adults who wish to marry, within a framework described in its public charter.

Kismain is a French service. Seasons outside France will be organised under the same French rules and the same contract, in French, with an English summary provided for information. A season in your country will only open once this has been confirmed with a lawyer, and this page will say so.

Your rights before you commit

Nothing binds you until you have signed a written contract, and nothing can be charged during the seven days that follow that signature.

To withdraw or cancel, any clear written message is enough: the button in your account, an email to contact@kismain.fr, or a letter. No particular form is required, and no justification will be asked of you.

Prices

Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. A season is paid in a single payment. There is no subscription.

The price of each season is announced before it opens. The price that binds you is always the one written in your contract, and no other.

Complaints and mediation

Write to us first: we answer every complaint in writing. If our answer does not satisfy you, an independent mediator can be called upon free of charge.

Under the French consumer code, every consumer has the right to a free consumer mediation procedure. The mediator designated by Kismain is CM2C. The notice below is the regulated French text, reproduced word for word as the law requires, followed by its meaning in English.

In English: in accordance with the French consumer code on the mediation of consumer disputes, after having contacted us and failing an answer that satisfies you, you may turn free of charge to the consumer mediator CM2C, at the address above. Mediation is free for you and remains optional. You keep the right to bring the matter before the competent court at any time. If you live in another EU country, you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.

The texts, drawings, films and visual identity of Kismain belong to the publisher. Reproducing them without written agreement is prohibited.

You may freely share a link to this site and quote short extracts, citing the source.
