- How does it work?
- Everyone starts on the same day. You read the files that match your criteria, then you choose up to three people, in private.
- If one of them chose you too, a conversation opens. In writing first, then by voice, then on video.
- On day 29, you decide: carry on, take a break, or stop. If you both carry on, your families meet, then you meet in person.
- Who reads my messages?
- Your trusted guardian (wali): a parent, a brother, an uncle, a religious leader, or someone they appoint. You choose them. Look at the top: they have just joined, as they would in a season.
- They read the whole conversation, and so does the other person's guardian. Both your screens always show who is reading you. We only read if something is reported, or if you ask us to.
- Calls are recorded, and you know it before you pick up. Video calls never are.
- When does a season open near me?
- A season opens in a country when enough people have signed up there, with as many women as men.
- We cannot give you a date: it depends on the people around you, and we would rather promise nothing we cannot keep. Leave your address below, and we will write to you when it happens. Nothing else.
- What does it cost?
- One payment per season, and no subscription. Nothing renews by itself, and we earn nothing when your search drags on.
- The price of a season is announced before it opens. Your contract is given to you before any booking, and nothing is charged during the seven days that follow your signature.
- What if no one picks me?
- It can happen, and we would rather say so: even in a full season, some members have no mutual choice at all.
- No one is told about a choice that is not mutual. A silence never tells you who passed on you.
- And if no conversation opens for you during the whole season, the next season in your city is on us. No paperwork.
- I have no one to name as a trusted guardian
- You tell us your situation. A person answers you in writing, and grants or refuses. Never an automatic rule.
- You are welcome even if this is not your tradition. But the rule applies to everyone, in the same way.
- What do you promise?
- Neither a marriage, nor a deadline, nor a success rate. No one is scored, no one is ranked, no algorithm sorts anyone.
- What we do commit to: at least five people who meet your firm criteria, or a full refund. A verified identity for everyone. The right to stop at any time.
- The rest is written in our public charter.

Your contract is given to you before any booking. Nothing is charged during the seven days that follow your signature: that is French law on matrimonial introduction services, and it protects you.
Group guarantee
If the season does not reach the announced number of participants, it does not take place and nothing is charged.

Fewer than five people meet your firm criteria? Full refund, before the season starts.
Participation guarantee
If we do not deliver the rounds and exchanges we promised, you are refunded pro rata.
